Ashwagandha – how to use?

Ashwagandha can be consumed as an infusion – just pour 1-2 tablespoons over a glass of water and boil for about 5 minutes, covered. Powdered ashwagandha root can also be added to tea or yerba mate or to yoghurt, oatmeal, smoothies or muesli.
